Founder.
The founder, Scott Anderson, has worked across all traditional functional business areas in companies; Strategy, Business Planning, Operations, Technology, Program / Change Delivery, Sales / Sales support, Finance. Additionally he has done Engineering design, prototyping, hands on manufacturing and equipment support.
He has helped organisations define business, operations & technology strategy as well as making sure the strategy is clear and understood at all levels. He has helped organisations plan and deliver on the strategy and build capabilities to support future business.
Naturally curious, he always seeks to understand, challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to optimise processes and client delivery.
His Engineering, Information Technology and business background means he is equally comfortable in the boardroom or on the tools on the workshop floor.
He has delivered large change programs for multinational companies, delivering improved quantitative and qualitative benefits.
Over the last three years he has focused on manufacturing startups, helping them grow and developing his own businesses.
